THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION (FAA) CHANGED THE FLIGHT LANDING PATH OF JETS INTO LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (LAX)
Boeing 787's® , 747's® and Airbus 380's® (Worlds Largest Aircraft) have now been routed over the communities of Agoura Hill, CA, Oak Park, CA, Westlake Village, CA, Malibu, CA, Calabasas, CA and Thousand Oaks, CA. Boeing® and Airbus® make great planes, we just don't want them flying over our neighborhoods!

The FAA determined that these bedroom communities would not complain, would not act, would not litigate and would simply "take it".
Let's first complain and see if they "adjust the routes". If that does not work, we will then pursue a "Representative Action" on behalf of all effected Homeowners in the Greater Conejo Valley plus Calabasas, and Malibu.
They are wrong!! The FAA changed the landing patterns without a hearing or environmental impact studies.
The changes made by the FAA will impact over 10 Billion Dollars in Property Values Throughout the Greater Conejo Valley.
These changes will effect property values, health, and have already significantly increased noise pollution.
